Step 1 : Report at the Counter mentioned in your confirmation email before 10 AM.
Step 3 : Tell him your 10 digit registered mobile number / email address . Counter Representative will assign you a Process Identification Number written on a Slip
Step 4: In all your rounds of interview, you will be called by the Process Identification Number.
Step 5 : Results of rounds will be displayed on Result Board / Screen using Process Identification Number.
Step 6 : After getting your process Identification Number proceed to Seminar Hall
Step 7 : Company HR will interact with appearing Candidates.
Lunch time will be from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

(3) Selection Rounds: Following will be the selection rounds for Software Specialist
(A) Rounds 1: Initial Screening:[Your Technical Knowledge and Attitude based on HR parameters will be judged in this face to face round for initial screening purpose].
Tip for success: Try to represent your technical knowledge with good communication skills and convince the interviewer that your fundamental concepts are strong in computers.
(B) Round 2: Two Online Exams: [You will require to qualify in Two Online Exams Based on Level-1 and Leve-2 difficulty level]
Tip for success: Success in both above exams is purely based on your technical knowledge on SQL/PLSQL/DBMS/Computer Network/TOMCAT/Web Technologies etc.
Please revise your SQL/PL-SQL/ DBMS and Computer Networking/Web Technologies Fundamental Concepts specially normalization, subnet mask, ip addressing, protocols, and pointers in C Language.
(C) Round 3: Telephonic Communication and Flexibility Round: [Your communication skills and flexibility to re-allocate in Ahmadabad and to work in flexible shifts (especially in night shifts) will be checked in this round]
Tip for success: Make sure to convince them that you are clear above following 5 points.
(1) Be Flexible to show that you are ready to work for long term with eClincalWorks,
[Company has Service Legal Agreement of 18 Months and you are ready for that if selected. Company will invest a lot on your technical training in india and abroad during these 18 months, so it is not ethical to leave them in between].

(2) Be Flexible to show that you are ready to work on 24 by 7 Rotational Shifts and even during purely night shifts also.[Company provide sufficient security and facilities during odd hour workings]
(3) Try to show that you are clear about the job profile and has gone through the website of the company and JD Mailed to you. Job Profile is of Software Specialist in which you will require to provide Software support to US Clients on Electronic Health Record Software Systems that are based on cloud computing. Means you will ensure that eClincalWorks Software is working perfectly all the time and if some customization, troubleshooting using SQL Queries/ Programming scripts etc are required you will do that remotely.
(4) Please try to show them that you have some interest in medical and database and it is your passion to maintain the records on cloud. Also read a little bit about the cloud computing.
(5) .Package offered is Rs 2.5 LPA and Company has Service Legal Agreement of 18 Months. Company is best for bright CS/IT students that want to work in core sector.

(D) Round 4: Telephonic Technical Round:Again your technical knowledge on SQL/DBMS/WEB/COMPUTER NETWORK will be checked through telephonic interview by the Operation Manager or Technical Lead under whom selected candidate work.
(E) Final Interaction, Offer and Joining: Students that are selected in all above round are invited at Ahemadabad at Company premises for final interaction and offer as well as joining. All students that are invited for final interaction at Ahmadabad are re-imbursed To and Fro- IInd AC Train Fare from Home Town to Ahemadabad.
